These Terms govern all services provided by mydesignsbox SRL, registered in Belgium. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We provide digital design services including website design, brand identity, UI/UX, e-commerce design, motion design, and design systems. All services are delivered digitally as files and documentation. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
All prices are in EUR and include Belgian VAT where applicable. Prices are confirmed in writing before work begins. A 50% deposit is required to start work. The remaining 50% is invoiced upon final delivery.
Each service package includes a stated number of revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes, submitted as a single document. Additional rounds are available at the stated add-on price.
We provide a specific project timeline in the project proposal. Timelines depend on prompt client feedback within 5 working days at each stage. Delays caused by late client feedback may extend the timeline accordingly.
All rights to the final delivered work transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
