It depends on scope. A brand identity project usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. A full website design is 3 to 5 weeks. Combined projects run 4 to 7 weeks. We always give a specific timeline in the project proposal, and we hold to it.

We design. We hand off complete, developer-ready design files and documentation. For development, we can recommend trusted partners in Belgium if needed, or work alongside your existing team.

You receive all source files (Figma, Adobe), exported web formats (SVG, PNG, WebP), and documentation. For brand work, you also receive a style guide as a PDF. Everything is labelled and organised.

Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds, which are built into the timeline. Additional rounds are available as an add-on. We document what is in scope from the start to avoid misunderstandings.

Yes. We work with clients across Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and other European markets. Everything is handled digitally, so location is rarely a constraint.

We accept card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. No card details pass through our server.

After each design phase, we present the work and you have a structured window to submit consolidated feedback. We review, refine, and present the updated version. Each round is one consolidated set of changes, not a rolling list.

Yes, we require 50% upfront before work begins. The remaining 50% is invoiced on final delivery. For longer Agency engagements, we may use milestone-based billing, which is agreed in the project proposal.
