Cancellation before project kickoff: full refund of deposit within 7 working days.
Cancellation after kickoff but before first deliverable: 50% of deposit refunded, minus any documented costs already incurred.
Cancellation after first deliverable is presented: no refund on deposit. Remaining balance is not due.
After final delivery and sign-off: no refund. If a deliverable materially deviates from the agreed written scope, we will correct it at no additional charge.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, digital content services delivered with explicit customer consent before the 14-day cancellation window may be exempt from the right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced. By approving project kickoff, you consent to immediate commencement and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right may not apply once work has begun.
