Delivery Policy

All mydesignsbox services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced, packaged, or shipped at any point.

Delivery method

Final files are delivered via a shared Figma file, a download link, or a zipped email attachment, depending on file size and type. We confirm the preferred delivery method at project kickoff.

Standard timelines

• Brand Identity: 2 to 3 weeks from approved brief
• Website Design: 3 to 5 weeks from approved brief
• UI/UX Design: 4 to 6 weeks from approved brief
• E-Commerce Design: 4 to 6 weeks from approved brief
• Motion Design: 1 to 3 weeks from approved brief
• Design Systems: 5 to 8 weeks from approved brief

Delays

Timelines depend on client feedback being provided within 5 working days at each revision stage. We will notify you in advance of any delay and its cause. Delays caused by us are resolved at no additional cost.
