Complex products need design that makes them feel simple. We design interfaces for apps and platforms where usability is not optional, it is what the product is.
UI/UX work starts with understanding the people who will use the product. Not personas in the marketing sense, but real task analysis: what are they trying to do, what do they know already, where do they get stuck.
From there we build low-fidelity wireframes to establish the core information architecture before any visual decisions are made. This is the stage where structural problems are cheap to fix. We always do this stage first, even when clients are tempted to skip it.
High-fidelity designs follow, built in Figma with a component system from the start. Every state is designed, not assumed: loading states, empty states, error states, edge cases. Products that feel polished usually just have a designer who thought about these.
We deliver interactive prototypes that you can test with real users before development begins. If you have an existing product you want us to audit before redesigning, we offer UX audit as a separate engagement.
"Our product had grown organically for two years. User research was not something we had done properly. mydesignsbox ran the process cleanly and the redesign reduced support tickets by 40%."
